Shipping policy

In no event will Maison Nova or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.

Estimated shipment times, if available, are provided solely for your convenience. Maison Nova nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate.

All products are shipped from our location via UPS or USPS. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order date and you will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

Online returns can be made via a pre-paid return mailing label provided by MAISON NOVA for free. Limit one return mailing label per order.

If your order says it was delivered by the shipping carrier, but you haven't received it yet, it is usually one of the following situations:
- The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home.
- The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property.
- The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been.
If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact customer service. We are happy to help!

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. We will do our best to help resolve any issues you experience. A refund for loss will not be completed until the claim link is submitted, which will be emailed to you in any loss or damage instances.

Playhouses Shipping Policy:

All LTL freight orders, once shipped, are expected to arrive within 10-14 business days. The freight delivery service Maison Nova uses is Curbside meaning the driver is NOT responsible for moving the boxes anywhere other than off the truck onto the curb or the lawn. Any assistance you provide to the driver, whether the driver requests it or you offer, is solely at your own risk. Maison Nova is not responsible for ANY injury you or anyone else receives from any part of the delivery process.
